Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY: All of items that are in stock are shipped next working day from your order date apart from orders which come in over the weekend - these will be sent Tuesday via your chosen shipping method. Next working day dispatch is only available on our express website.

AMENDMENTS AFTER ORDERING:  With this being our express website, we cannot make any changes to orders once placed.

CUSTOMS: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Indi Elle is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.  We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. All taxes and additional import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 business days for UK orders and 25 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
